Frank Bruzzese is a 1971 graduate of Johns Hopkins University and 1974 cum laude graduate of the Ohio Northern University Petit College of Law, where he was a Senior Research Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Bruzzese holds a Juris Doctorate Degree and was inducted into the Willis Society of Legal Scholars.
Mr. Bruzzese is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Ohio Supreme Court, and all the federal and state courts in Ohio.
As a founding member of Bruzzese, Agresta and Hanlin, Mr. Bruzzese has practiced law as a Trial Attorney since 1974. He has dedicated the majority of his trial work to Personal Injury, Accident cases, and Product Liability cases. He also practices Healthcare Law as well as General Litigation.
Mr. Bruzzese has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Ohio Northern University Petit College of Law, and has authored a Law Review article entitled, “One Fault with Fault-Free Insurance.”
He is a former President of the Jefferson County Bar Association, and has frequently lectured at Continuing Legal Education Seminars where he has taught courses in trial tactics and strategy to fellow attorneys.
Born and raised in Steubenville, Ohio, Mr. Bruzzese is married to the former Ruth Anne Firm and he is the proud father of 5 children.
